KNOCKS Fluid-Technik GmbH offers you a complete range of the three series – Standard, Futura and Multi-Fix. In each of the series, you can choose from pressure regulators (pressure reducers, compressed air reducers), compressed air filters, filter regulators and lubricators in various installation and connection sizes. We also offer you complete 2-part and 3-part maintenance units for processing compressed air. For special operating conditions, we have customised equipment such as precision pressure regulators and individual tailor-made solutions and maintenance units for processing compressed air.
The Standard series: Pressure regulators and precision pressure regulators for the toughest of requirements
Our pressure regulators (pressure reducers, compressed air reducers) and filter regulators, as well as precision pressure regulators from the standard series made of die-cast zinc, are robust, solid and extremely wear-resistant and therefore qualify for use even under the toughest operating conditions. Not susceptible to shocks, they are great not just in size. The devices in this series can handle even large flow volumes and temperature fluctuations with ease. All pressure regulators and compressed air filters in the KNOCKS standard series are available in the sizes 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8.
The Futura series: The first pressure reducers made of plastic
As one of the first manufacturers, KNOCKS, with the Futura series, introduced in 2006 a complete series of Grivory GV 6H to the market as an absolute technical highlight. The innovative material concept has metal-like properties and, with a fibre glass percentage of 60 per cent, is much sturdier, lighter, stiffer and more economical than metal. The devices in the Futura series permit the modular construction of a maintenance unit for processing compressed air, thereby providing absolute flexibility with guaranteed functional safety. Sets of compressed air filters, pressure regulators and mist lubricators are common device combinations used in a maintenance unit for compressed air. All pressure regulators and compressed air filters in the KNOCKS Futura series are available in the sizes 0, 1, 2 and 4.
The Multi-Fix series: Designed for maximum performance.
The Multi-Fix series from KNOCKS combines high performance data with the modern handling advantages of zinc die casting. Ideal where higher and maximum pressure areas and an increased temperature resistance are required. Just like the devices in the Futura series, the multi-fix devices also permit a modular construction of a maintenance unit for processing compressed air. Sets of compressed air filters, pressure regulators and mist lubricators are common device combinations used in a maintenance unit for compressed air. All pressure regulators and compressed air filters in the KNOCKS Multi-Fix series are available in the sizes 0, 1, 3, 4 and 5.
Our complete package: The compressed air maintenance unit
In addition to the individual devices from our three products series, we also offer pneumatic all-in-one systems to our customers. Here, the most important functions – such as filtering, regulating and lubricating – are included in a two-part or three-part module: the maintenance unit for processing compressed air. The compressed air maintenance unit fulfils the following individual functions:
- Using filters, it cleans the compressed air of dirt particles or moisture.
- It measures the pressure and uses valves to ensure a continuously consistent output pressure in the air pressure network.
- If the compressed air requires lubrication, then this is provided in the correct quantity by the maintenance unit using an integrated lubricator.
