ISO 9001:2015, which was published in September 2015, poses stricter requirements than its predecessor version. The revised standard includes the external view of customers, suppliers and other stakeholders in the risk assessment of companies.
Auditors at the certification office DQS praised KNOCKS for the implementation of a comprehensively documented process management system. The extensive management review system implemented for company executives was also positively received.
