The popular Multi-Fix device in its well-known design is now also available in size 4. The new size with the terminal sizes G ¾ and G 1 inch now supplements the previously available sizes from the Multi-Fix series. The aluminium die-cast housing offers a greater pressure field for bespoke customer pressure requirements.
All PC containers in size 4 come with an additional protective basket and bayonet closure, as well as an integrated container O-ring. Installation and filter change is therefore much easier, even in difficult installation locations.
High performance and handling advantages
The high throughput rates of size 4 are due to a pilot-controlled pressure controller in the head section of the pressure regulator. The compact design of the new size is another advantage worth mentioning.
A filter controller size 4 with a housing width of 85 mm offers space savings of around 15% in comparison with a size 5 filter controller. The exact model dimensions are shown in the table below (Fig. 2). Just like with all previous sizes of the Multi-Fix series, the device components (incl. accessories) for size 4 are available in our patented modular system.
